DSC-What is Jim Neidhart doing these days?
ANVIL-Jim Neidhart is training extremely hard to make an official
comeback to the
ring, I am also in the process of designing my two pieces of
weight lifting
equipment which I call Anvil..extreme which is high performance
use by only
the dead serious. Riding my mountain bike everyday which is some
of the
hardest training I have ever done. I go to Stu harts house
whenever I can,
and he always lifts my spirits up when people say your getting
too old to be
doing that and then Stu says to me when I was your age I was just
starting
out!
DSC-I see you have you own official website now,tell us about it.
ANVIL-Well it's very basic and I just really wanted to get
something out there.
And believe it or not I have made contacts threw it. I'm in the
process of
re-doing it that will include my own weekly column on the inside
wrestling
secrets that I here.
DSC-Who & Where did you get your first start in Pro
Wrestling?
ANVIL-Where else, Gene Label from L.A. set me up to see Stu Hart
and Stu Broke me
into the business and broke my neck personally.
DSC-Do you feel you are under rated as a Pro wrestler?
ANVIL-Yes I do most definitely, though when your the world tag
champs and you
perform in front of 94,000 people every thing is down hill from
there
DSC-I recently spoke With Barry Horowitz and he stated "Owen
Hart knew what
being a professional was all about"and he also shared a fond
memory with
us,what would one of your fond memories of Owen be?
ANVIL-Well me being Owen tag partner for a little while , found
it odd that owen
would never spend a dime on the road, so one night we were
driving back to
chicago and we had about 5 hr. before we left again so Owen says
to me ya
Jim I have these old hotel keys and maybe they might be still
good if we
sneak into a room for a couple of hours nobody will know. So Owen
gives me
one of these boggiest keys and I open the door to this room and
walked right
in and this Black man jumps right up in bed and starts screaming,
so Owen
and I ran down the hall and proceeded to proceeded to stay out
all night at
the stay out all night club. You had to be there.
DSC-Do you have any funny locker room stories"Besides Vince
running into Bret's
hand" !!!!!!
ANVIL-That night when Bret and Vince went at it wasn't very
funny, I
have so many wild memories of Bret being bad, Davie of course
being bad,
Owen being extremely mischievous I could write novels.
DSC-I'm leaving you with the last words what would you like to
say to all your
